Sweet Potato SoupCut up one sweet potato and boil in just enough water to cover it.
Add 1 cup cut carrots.
Add 1 chicken bullion cube.
Boil until very soft.
Add one cup of broccoli and let steam until soft.
Mash all together.
Add 2 tsp. cinnamon
Add 1 cup cheese
Serve with grated cheese and a dollop of cream cheese on top.
Enjoy!
(This is what happens when you don't know what to make for dinner and just go for it!)
